Peace on Earth
and good will to the blackshirts
There is no reason that I should feel this good right now.

It makes no sense that a stupid game in Louisiana, resulting in the stomping of a team from Ohio should bring a sense of calm, ...peace and well-being to so many here in Nebraska... but ,... Aaaahhhhh ....it feels so good!

It is foolish to believe that anything that you do, will ever result in the return of the "Good Old Days" in any respect, it just does not work that way. It is never gonna be 1995 again. Miracles are for saints, and are in short supply.

BUT!
..having said all that..

..what if?

Watching Bo tweak that defense, make adjustments and pin their ears back (like the good old days) defenders tearing though that line with QB feathers flying was enough to make a Nebraska heart pause in silent wonder.. and inner peace..

..what if?

Hey, it's all about hope and that is what I am full of right now.

Well, you have to agree I am full of something!
