The Louisville Physician's Clinic is having an Open House and Health Fair on Sept. 19th and Oct. 3rd. From 8:30a.m. - ll:30a.m.

We have several tests that we are offering for FREE! This includes blood pressures, height and weight, manual breast exams and rectal exams. For a discounted price you can get your cholesterol and blood sugars checked for $15.00, hemoccult cards for colon cancer screening for $7.00, and a PSA blood test for prostate cancer for $15.00

You will need to come fasting (nothing to eat or drink except water twelve hours prior to the test) if you want your cholesterol and sugars checked.

We won't be filing any insurance those days, just cash, checks or credit cards.
Refreshments will also be available.
