South Half of the NEI/4 East of the Country Road, excepting therefrom Lots 20,
23 and 24; AND Lot 12 in the North Half of the SE1/4 East of the Country Road,
excepting therefrom Sublot 3 of 12, Sublot 4 of 12 and Sublot 5 of 12, containing
99.75 acres more or less, all in Section 21, Township 12 North, Range 11 East of
the 6th P.M., excepting therefrom that part deeded to Lonnie Coonts and Mary
Lennea Coonts, recorded in Book 127, Page 586 and excepting therefrom that
part deeded to August C.Lempka, recorded in Book 147, Page 56, all in Cass
County, Nebraska.

I.H.H.I. BOARD MET AT DUIN'S ON MAY 18. 2011
PRESENT WERE JOHN HARRINGTON, PRESIDENT
ROGER THEIMER, VICE PRESIDENT AND CORA DUIN, SECRETARY.
CORA READ THE MINUTES FROM THE APRIL 21, 2011 ANNUAL MEETING. FOLLOWING ARE THE DISCUSSIONS ON THOSE MINUTES.
ANALISA BERENS, TREASURER, WAS NOT PRESENT, SO THERE WAS NO REPORT OF FUNDS ETC. SHE DID E-MAIL THAT ANNUAL DUES WERE NOT BEING PAID. JOHN AGREED TO MEET WITH ANALISA AND HELP WITH IDEAS ON COLLECTING ANNUAL DUES THAT ARE FRIENDLY AND CONVENIENT TO ALL. PENALTIES AND LIENS WERE ALSO DISCUSSED.
JOHN SUGGESTED THAT WE CONTACT G. SNODGRASS ABOUT WHAT TO DO TO IMPROVE THE ROADS, MR. SNODGRASS HAS BEEN HIRED TO MAINTAIN THESE ROADS FREQUENTLY. CORA WILL CALL HIM.
THE BOARD LIKED THE IDEA OF A "NEWS BOARD" IN THE AREA OF THE MAIL BOXES. THIS WOULD BE EFFECTIVE IN REACHING EVERYONE WITH NEWS AND AREA IMPROVEMENTS ETC. THEY DECIDED THAT IT SHOULD BE ATTRACTIVE, WELL BUILT AND WEATHER PROOF. THEY ALLOTTED $150.00 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION. CORA OFFERED TO INQUIRE AS TO OWNERSHIP OF THE LAND IN THE AREA. SHE ALSO OFFERED DENNIS DUIN TO BUILD THE "NEWS BOARD".
THE BOARD DECIDED TO CREATE A QUARTERLY NEWS LETTER FOR RESIDENTS. THE GOAL BEING TO KEEP PEOPLE INFORMED, BETTER ACQUAINTED AND HOPEFULLY INVOLVED. JOHN OFFERED TO CREATE THE NEWS LETTER AND ROGER WILL HELP.
ROGER REPORTED THAT HE, AS A BOARD REPRESENTATIVE, DID VISIT WITH OWNERS THAT HAVE PILES OF DEBRIS, BUILDING MATERIALS AND OTHER UNSIGHTLY OBJECTS ON THEIR PROPERTY. HE ASKED THAT THE YARDS BE CLEANER WITHIN 30 DAYS. HE WAS RECEIVED FAVORABLY.
WE ADJOURNED.
