FROM THE Press Release:
It is with great sadness that we announce our decision not to rebuild Louisville ACE Hardware.
Please trust that we have not reached this decision lightly.
Flood plain levels have increased dramatically, requiring a severely elevated building.
Issues like this will preclude us from erecting a building that would meet the retail needs of our community.
We have no desire to give you less than you deserve. We would like to thank all of you
for your support over our 22 years of membership in Louisville’s business community.
The many expressions of sympathy and concern since the fire have both humbled and sustained us.
We have been honored to serve this wonderful area that we are proud to call “Home”.
You will always be a part of us.

Pinnacle Bank Receives Lender Honors from USDA Rural Development
Pinnacle Bank in was recognized by USDA Rural Development Nebraska State Director Maxine Moul
as a Top Ten Lender (Ranking third) for the Fiscal Year 2016 USDA Rural Development Guaranteed
Rural Housing (GRH) loan program. Pinnacle Bank delivered in excess of $7.7 million in home loans
to allow 70 rural Nebraska families to “build a better future together.”
In Fiscal Year 2016, 79 approved lenders participated in the GRH program
and provided more than$97 million to assist 948 rural Nebraska households in achieving homeownership.
The program assists first time homebuyers. We look forward to helping more
rural Nebraskans to achieve the dream of homeownership.
I wish to thank Pinnacle Bank for its dedication in using the program.”
