A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Louisville was held on Wednesday, March 12, 2003 at 6:45 p.m. at the City Hall. Present were Mayor Dave Pankonin, council members Clete Petrzilka, J. Alan Mueller and Joe Smisek. Also present were City attorney Roger Johnson and several guests.
